• Several websites list properties for sale on which a defaulter notice has been filed or it has some legal disputes. You will not be able to find out any related information on this issue, from the websites.

• While buying real estate over the net, you will find long lists of properties but very few of them will match with your requirement, Sometimes, the websites provide incorrect information on the description of the property, which might mislead you to take the final decision.

So, the only way out is to inspect the prospective properties by yourself. Once, you make out a list of suitable properties, talk to your agent to contact all of them and to fix an appointment, so that you can check the property, whether it fits your criteria or not.
