In our Feedback shops, we call and shop your employee like normal then before the absolute end of the call we let the manager know that they have been secret shopped. A dialogue is then engaged with positive feedback and helpful tips and sales advice. We have had a great response with this new shopping style and our clients love the training aspect of the call.

Reward- some of our current customers reward their employees based on scores that they achieve through our secret shopping or mystery shopping evaluation. When the employee reaches a certain percentage we send out a Certificate of Excellence to the employee.
