Weed Out The Secret Shopping Scams

  • Many men and women in America long to be able to free themselves from the drudgery of long hours and boring work. We spend so much of our lives working in order to produce the income that we need to support ourselves that often our workplace becomes like a second not so happy home to us.

More and more people are realizing that there is freedom to be had in what we choose to do for a living. We can find a way out of the drudgery. In fact, freelancers all over the country are doing just that, working several different jobs or markets instead of just a single monotonous job. It just takes some good old fashioned gumption to find what suits you.

Persistence is the key, as it is important to be able to distinguish between true income producing work and the many Internet get rich quick schemes designed to lure the hundreds of thousands of people who are dissatisfied, sick of working and basically desperate for any kind of a way out of their nine to five drag.

People looking for a variety of interesting ways to earn a living need to be cautious with the information that they give out online, in emails and over the phone, and learn to avoid falling into the trap of paying money for membership fees, welcome packets and other tried and true ways that less than ideal companies have used to get cash from people who are just looking for something better for themselves.

Touted as one of the fastest growing Internet based freelance jobs in the nation, secret shopping opportunities abound online. With skillfully crafted web pages and promises of earning cash and high tech merchandise, many of these so called secret shopping opportunities , upon closer inspection, turn out to be scams.

Rather than actually being secret shopping opportunities , these companies promise individuals complete storage databases and listings of thousands of companies that have untold of assignments that the buyer can choose from, all wrapped up in a nice little package costing fifty dollars or more.

Some of these deceptive schemes require membership fees and money for rent of the information they have in their online storage databases. Do not be fooled by these companies. They are deliberately deceiving the buyer, whom they know is actively seeking a better way to make money and who will stop at nothing to get it, even if it means paying several hundred dollars in the process of finding their niche.

The good new is that true secret shopping opportunities do indeed exist, and with some searching, they can be found rather easily. These authentic secret shopping opportunities never require money for information, and they also do not required you to join a paid membership to any organization. To be considered for employment, you fill out an application, just like every other job, and there is full training, free of charge, once you have been hired on with them.

Finding an interesting job does not require paying to get it. A real job never asks for money. You are to receive money from them, not the other way around. If you ever stumble across a company that sounds too good to be true, then it almost certainly is. Do not waste your money on schemes and membership packets. You do not have to spend your life working long, arduous hours for mediocre pay, nor do you have to empty out your pocketbook to find something legitimate and lucrative. There are millions of ways to make money in America. With persistence, you will find what you are looking for.
