TQAS Resolutions
-
How are you starting this New Year? How many times has someone asked you what your New Years Resolutions are? It comes around every year. When thinking about New Years Resolutions, we always think of ourselves and what we would like to change about ourselves. Well, what if you associated it with your business? Maybe have your individual New Years resolutions and have a work related New Years resolutions.
What if you make your New Years resolutions something like, “this year I am going to utilize the training materials that I’ve received in order to increase sales?” For instance, if you are being secret shopped by our Secret Shop department here at PhoneSmart and you haven’t really studied the results or you haven’t committed yourself to utilizing the techniques described on the form, then maybe you can commit to it this New Year.
Many of the companies who us to shop their employees, have seen huge improvements from the employees who do utilize the feedback that they’ve received and have gone from scores of 50% all the way up to 90 or even 100% scores. Along with those increased scores, those employees have also seen an increase in their rentals as well.
If you aren’t currently being shopped by us then you could secret shop other businesses and see what they are doing in order to get their customers into the store location. Anything you hear that sounds really good and peeks your interest, try incorporating that into your presentation. Any commitments you can make to see if it will increase your potential for new customers this year would be a great New Years resolution for this year in 2007. Good luck in selling.
