I have been getting quite a number of calls from people who were former tenants of our client stores. It says a lot when that returning tenant decides to do business with the same storage facility. It means that they were satisfied with the service they received. If PhoneSmart was not there to answer that returning customer’s call, it is possible that they would decide to go elsewhere because there was no one available to assist them with their latest reservation. This would be a loss to the facility and would not reflect the good experience of the returning customers.
I always make sure to let the returning customer know that we appreciate them using whichever client I happen to be assisting at the time. The returning customer must have had a pleasant experience last time around that they would want to do business gain. Perhaps it was the convenience. Where the facility is located tends to be the top reason for choosing a site. They may have also liked the great service they received from our clients. For whatever reason the returning customer has it is a feather in the cap of the company.
