    10. Visually inspect parking lots for potholes, loose parking blocks and any unwanted debris.
    11. Plan to get swimming pools, hot tubs and playgrounds in order.
    12. Start planting some spring flowers or bushes to brighten up the grounds. 

    Property management is not just an outside job. Many property management personnel have other duties like, collecting rent, approving applications for rental inquiries, and answering the phone. It takes balance and organization to be able to handle a great property management job. All the hard work will pay off on your first compliment from a customer, client or resident.
