Shop Till You Drop!

PhoneSmart is on the move again.  We are expanding staff and services offered.  We started out a just an inbound reservations center and are growing into innovative outbound and internet leads services with newly developed software and web sites.  It seems that there is a new service for our inbound clients every week.  Accepting payments, renting after hours are just the most recent.  There is a bright future being talked about and the ride is getting really exciting as the number of stores we answer for increases.  There are about to be expansions and remodeling here in the call center making room for additional equipment and staff.

The secret shopping and evaluations department has also experienced growth.  More and more secret shop call opportunities are available to the self storage call center staff.  The income incentive plan for secret shopping has changed a couple of times as Natalie and Sarah have given their all to making it a vital part of our services. (And what a job they have done!)

I think that it is the most fun to do.  I love playing the game and making the extra bucks!  It is also a break from the incoming calls.  I love doing that as well but sometimes it is good to stretch your legs and your brain.

Talking with the self storage employees in my “undercover identity” I can often see what an advantage it would be for them to have our training input through the evaluations of the calls and to have us taking their missed calls.  PhoneSmart delivers the goods!  We can turn your missed calls in profit!  Come on board with us if you want a solid partner in the ride to the future.
