Secret Shopping Is Expanding

PhoneSmart’s Secret Shopping has seen a large increase in business. Natalie and I have been running non-stop for a few months now and some of the minor office duties are falling behind. Filing cabinets need cleaned out and routine tasks like keeping an inventory of the sales materials coming in and going out of the office need updated.

We have been able to keep up with the flow of monthly self storage shops; we have nearly 700 every month. Our new Feedback Secret Shop has really taken off and self storage clients can’t seem to get enough of it. Not only the clients, but the managers appreciate the instant training we offer them. On our end of things, these new shops have added nearly twice the amount of workload. We can feel the pressure, but on the other hand, it’s great to see all this growth – we want more of it.

We have been on the hunt for another member to our team. Although we have several independent contractors and many secret shoppers, we still need some more help in the office to help coordinate and manage the projects.

I’m happy, excited and relieved to say that I’ve found some one to fill the position. We’ll be introducing the newest member of our secret shopping team soon, so stay tuned to our self storage and secret shoping blogs.
