Tron often invites prospective clients to call into our call center and hear for themselves how excellent our sales force is. Even existing clients randomly “secret shop” us to make sure they’re satisfied with our service. I’m happy to report that the majority of prospects who do call in to test our skill decide that we’re leaps and bounds ahead of the rest in our sales techniques and customer service. Of the clients that call to check in on us, we see numerous compliments and kudos to our team.
If you currently use a call center, even if it’s our call center, when was the last time to called to see exactly what it is you’re paying for? The most important things you should find in a sales call from your call center are: does the rep have a pleasant attitude, do they promote the amenities and security features of your facility, do they build commitment with the caller and do the close the sale by making a reservation or appointment.
