Do your employees need to be trained on the new software, or is it pretty user friendly. How much support do you think you will need from the software company? Do you think technical support for thirty or ninety days will suffice, or will it need to be an ongoing thing?

There are salespeople available that will come to your home or office or jobsite. You can ask your friends, neighbors, and even competitors for any recommendations. 
 
Purchasing real estate property management software is a big investment. Do your homework thoroughly, and know ahead of time what will be important for you and your company. And if you plan on staying in the business for a while be sure to buy real estate property management software that can be upgraded.  You do not want to be stuck with something that will be completely obsolete within a year or two, and then you have to start the whole process over again!
