These days there are software to help the manager in his work and this includes facilities of maintaining database of the tenants, their credit history, their lease history and the data related to leasing and generating the reminders in time, maintaining the accounts, preparing estimates for maintenance and finally preparing the reports. There are many properties where the rent is either paid directly into the bank account of the owner or through electronic clearance system. The computer software has helped a lot in tracking such transactions.
