I believe those are the lyrics to a song from the 1970’s. While rain may be much needed at times, I personally hate to get soaked in rain when I am out and about. Of course, I always seem to forget to take my umbrella or to keep the umbrella in my vehicle. But how about when someone has gotten a , they are in the process of bringing their items to put inside the unit and it just so happens to be raining that day, or even worse, snowing. Not to worry, for if you are a customer of one of our clients who have covered loading docks, you are good to go. A covered loading dock is an area with a roof where a customer can load and unload their belongings safely and dryly if that day it happens to be raining or once again, snowing. This feature or amenity should really be available in regions in the country where it tends to rain and snow more often than not. It’s a nice feature that a potential customer seems to especially like. I know when I receive a call for a client of ours that has a loading dock and I mention it to the prospect, they are very impressed with that.
