Visiting the beach every Christmas holiday is a family tradition in our home. Every year when the plans are being made, we contact a company that handles property management rentals. In Florida and many other touristy states, there is a great need for businesses that offer property management rentals. Many people that are traveling to vacation hotspots will contact local property management rentals in search of alternative lodging. The reason is that people find they will often get a better deal on extended lodging when they choose not to stay in a hotel or motel. By searching out a company that deals in property management rentals, vacationers can stay in someones personal home, condo, or apartment. It almost feels like home compared to the standard hotel or motel.
Often property management rentals can be cozy, home-like and have many bonus amenities that the standard hotel or motel does not offer. Property management rentals can often offer swimming pools, hot tubs, full kitchens, outdoor grills, patios, outstanding views, comfy furniture, fireplaces, workout facilities and more. And these are not the standard cookie cutter amenities found at your average hotel or motel, these are made for real people to enjoy.

By searching local chamber of commerce or local city information you can find local property management rentals that are able to accommodate your lodging needs. One thing to keep in mind when looking for local property management rentals is that often times you will have a minimum stay. Property management rentals are not typically for one and two night or weekend stays, but rather weeklong or more stays. These extended rentals are for a reason, less turnover. By having fewer turnovers of temporary tenants, you will have less wear and tear on your property. Longer stays also can help you meet your house or mortgage payment more quickly.
Many are located in buildings or neighborhoods that are governed by some type of association that regulates the structures. When renting from a company that has property management rentals, they should provide you with a list of regulations and rules for the property you are renting. If you are in violation of said rules, you can be asked to leave the property. At the same time, these associations understand the revenue that is being generated and that the property stays somewhat occupied.
So try contacting local for a different kind of vacation stay. You will see a different part of the local area, get to try some local restaurants and maybe stay out of the normal tourist traps. You might even save some money by staying off the beaten track and going local. Property management rentals are not for everyone, but many people find that they are a great alternative to the average motel or hotel.
