One thing that’s great about PhoneSmart is that we have a small turn over rate, which can only benefit our clients. When our clients call in, they typically hear a familiar voice on the other end making them feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s nice to know that you usually get to talk to someone pretty quickly who is already familiar with you and your storage facility.
Tron, Our Director of Operations went to Nebraska recently and was asked how our turn over rate is and when he replied that it’s minimal, they acknowledged the fact that they do usually see the same names on all of the reservations and hot leads that they receive at their .With our pay structure, various opportunities to increase earnings, relaxed atmosphere, training programs, flexible scheduling, and the need to explore new avenues, we draw and maintain the interest of qualified candidates who stick around. Outside meetings and pot luck lunches don’t hurt either.
With all of us working in fairly close quarters of one another, we also know quite a bit about each other, like our strengths and weaknesses, our pet peeves, what motivates each other and when to leave each other the heck alone… ha, ha… I guess you could say we’re all family around here.
