There are new and exciting changes that having been taking place and are taking place at our call center. We are growing, and with growth come changes. Our total quality assurance service department has moved to a new office, which was long needed. That office is now going to be used as the new training office where not only new employees will be trained but also current employees will be able to have their skills refreshed and current employees will be taught any new programs, any new information, etc we may need to know. Also, our outbound department has also moved to their new location, which is the former area. These changes have been well received because not only are there more cubicles now available for representatives to use, but representatives working on the floor will not be distracted by new people being trained on the same floor, and new trainees will also not be distracted by all the representatives on the phone. Having a separate classroom to train also makes it easier for the trainee to be able to focus easier and it also makes it easier on the trainer, as he can concentrate more on each of the trainees, if needed. I am sure this is will be just the beginning of what is to be in store to our ever-growing call center.
