A person applying for the job of an agent should love to play a detective at the mystery shops that he is assigned. For example, he might be asked to visit a high class hotel, have major meals and also lodge there in the night. It can all be real fun. Along with enjoying whatever comes his way, an agent should keep observing the hospitality staff and the guests with an eagle eye, form accurate opinions and convey them to the management of the hotel through written reports.
