Well it’s World Series time again. Does your business have a “World Series” of selling or of customer services? Sometimes you will see business having sales when they need to boost their revenue. One of our department stores in our town always seems to be having a “big sale.” I almost feel like they are crying wolf because you don’t know which ad to believe. And if item X is has been on sale the last 2 weeks will they sell it for even cheaper next week. It’s been a kind of a joke in our house to not buy anything from that store for full price because it will be on sale soon. Its one thing to be considered a discount store with your merchandise being “discounted” all the time, but not a new sale every week. Plus, you need a spreadsheet to keep all the sales in order, what days they are going on, what coupons you need or a minimum purchase. AACK!
