It doesn’t matter how big your self storage or property management company is or how much money you have backing your operation, if you don’t have good managers your business won’t go far. You must be able to hire competent managers to run your self storage and property management business. These managers’ responsibilities are not limited to customer service, upkeep of property, bookkeeping, computer skills, handling of money, recordkeeping, and more. Managers must be flexible and be able to cover shifts, work extended hours and be able to keep a smile on their face. Having several managers allows a business to disperse the duties and cover more ground efficiently and effectively.
