I had a call several weeks ago from a customer who is a tenant with one of our clients, she wanted me to assist her with making an online payment for her storage. She was having a bit of a problem making the payment. I told her I would be more than happy to go ahead and assist her by making the payment for her. Once I made the payment, for some reason or another, the client’s website would not allow either of us access to see the receipt number or that she had made a payment. I told the customer would try to see if I could get a confirmation of sorts, illustrating that she had made a payment. She then asked me if I could go ahead and email that confirmation to her. I said I would definitely go ahead and do so once I was be able to get the proof of payment for her. Low and behold, I was eventually able to attain a confirmation number showing where she had made payment and for what amount. I went ahead and emailed the information to her. The next day when I checked my email at work; I had an email from her thanking me for sending her that information pertaining to her account. It is nice when someone gets a hold of you to thank you for something you did for them.
