Have you ever noticed that the more annoying a commercial is the more it seems to stick in your head? You think about the commercial throughout the day, you whistle the theme song and you may even know all the words to it. The one lately that has been stuck in my head is the Subway commercials that have people ordering at a drive thru things like; double chins, love handles, thunder thighs and more. It cracks me up and I have even heard other people around the office talking about it. I just wish I could see what a badonkadonk butt looks like.

What does your self storage or property management site do to attract customers? When people think of storing or renting does your company name pop into their heads first? Do you advertise outside of the yellow pages? Does your self storage site have any signs to draw people in that drive by? Are you taking advantage of word of mouth and current customer referrals?

Just by thinking of some new ways to drive business your way will increase your rentals. Keep an open mind, make goals and get that business to walk in the door or call you on the phone.
