Expectations Are What TQAS Is All About

  • The last time we traveled out of town to visit relatives we visited a restaurant that we do not have here in our town.  It is a bit pricey but we don’t get to go that often.  Due to the price we expect a certain level of service from them

We did not have a very good experience.  My bill was $51 dollars and change plus the tip.  When we got there we were greeted and then it just went downhill.  The hostess who seated us was looking at the floor and was not upbeat or communicative.  They had just opened so it was not that they were tired from a rush of customers.

When our server came over she was not happy.  She just did an okay job.  When our food arrived it was hot and tasty as usual but the server forgot that one of the things we had ordered as a substitution.  I will give her credit as she noticed it before bringing it to the table.  She said item would be right up.  It took a long while to get to the table!

Working in the self storage industry if we had overpriced storage units and sad customer service that would make the customer want to go elsewhere.  When you pay for an item of self storage or food, you expect a certain level of service for your money.

That is why here at PhoneSmart our training is so extensive.  We want to give the highest level of professional customer service.  That is the very best sales technique to generate a sales increase.
