Recently one of our employees went on a training session and decided to as a part of the program to go to each one of the stores and shop them in person before the actual training session. Even though the owners were fairly confident that their managers on site were doing a good job the in person shops showed something else. Overall, the self storage managers proved not to be representing their companies in the manner that proves vital to giving great customer service. One employee sat behind the desk on the computer, and gave the price, then letting the shopper leave the office without further ado.
