    The quality assurance program should also depict the correctional methods, as necessary. The substandard items in the total system should go through a correctional phase to attain the standard level of quality. These methods of rectification must be approved by the management and the quality manager. The same is true for employees also. In case of any inferior performance, the employees should undergo proper training program to achieve proficiency in their stream of business.

    All this information are illustrated in the program to avoid confusion. The program might get corrected or revised under the guidance of the management. The latest modifications to the program should be updated to the original document then and there, so that the quality team can implement the latest program immediately. Any product or service passing out of these detail methods of verification must adhere to the specified customer requirement and genuine quality.
