When you are looking for people to be sales managers for another branch that you are getting ready to open up, it is always wise to promote from within. This is good for two reasons. You will be able to put somebody in there that already knows that business inside and out. You would also be able to motivate your current sales reps by pumping them up about the opportunity of the future.
