Ensure that the mortar joints are not damaged and all the exterior parts are in a reasonable good condition where you will not have to spend a lot. Depending on the age of the house in a real estate auction you will find some facilities absent or some facilities added at a later time. You might have to add some more.

Check for all these to ensure that you are not getting into a real estate auction without knowledge of the facilities that are already built on the property or what you have to spend your money on once you acquire the property. Make a tentative calculation. If you need to spend a lot of money then your bid should be appropriately done and also you will have to judge whether your property will cost reasonable after all the renovation. So make all the calculations before getting into the auction at all.
