Life In Outbound Calling
I am new into the self storage industry. It’s very interesting to see how much you could really learn about self storage. My first few days I learned how to find someone a storage unit within 5 to 8 miles of wherever they are in the United States. Once you do that, you must email it on to the next person so we can get in contact with the customer. After you finally figure out where all the emails go, you’re ready for the phones. That was somewhat scary but not bad at all. You hear all the inbound reps, and they are pretending to be in every different state, it can be kind of intimidating. However, once you finally get on the phones you don’t have anything to worry about. Sometimes it seems things can get really crazy but I am sure that happens in every call center. There seems to be so much about , and there will be plenty more for me to learn in the future.
