Everyone, when looking at the better mystery shop companies, wants to find the best one that will give them the biggest pay out. Well in a perfect world, that would be the greatest thing. We live in a realistic society in which many people are looking for the best way to make a quick buck.

You should look for the different pay outs, how many jobs are available in your area, will there be a fee, and how the process works. There most likely will be jobs in your area depending on where you live. There is never a guarantee in which to say you will definitely see a lot of opportunities where you live. Most mystery shop companies are in a metropolitan area in which there are many companies in need of this service. Before you sign up and make a commitment, you should be sure that there is a way for you to have an opportunity to work in your area.

How much will it cost me?

Be leery of this next part. Some mystery shop companies ask you to pay to enroll into their company. Some companies do not. There are many experts that wonder why companies ask for a fee to join their shopper association. Now in most companies, even storage companies, require some sort of fee in order to process your application or do the proverbial paperwork. Sometimes you are paying an annual fee that might be more than you received from that company in salary.

What is the process of shopping?

Each company has a different way of running their business. The basics are that you enroll in the company, create a profile, search and sign up for the jobs that you want, go on the shop and then write a report on what you found out while you were at the company. The more information and insight that you can get from your shop the better the company that you are shopping for can improve their service.
